The public authorities react immediately
A new TV-report about Diospi Suyana has been broadcast twice in Peru. In the eight-minute film the reporters mentioned the difficulties we have encountered with the Peruvian authorities, e.g. that several medical donations in kind are waiting to be released be the state. Due to the lack of documentation the products are being amassed idly in various store houses. What a waste of precious goods.
The report was barely over when the health ministry called Diospi Suyana. We were told: “within one week you will have the donations!” and so it was!
