Media Centre

With the best message for the world

The Media Centre was inaugurated on 31st August 2016 in the presence of Pilar Nores, Peru’s two-time First Lady.  The building houses two radio- and two TV-studios.  The 24-hour programme is a mix of cultural-, health-, family- and faith-related broadcasts.

In Spring 2020 Diospi Suyana could reach 0.8mio potential listeners via its satellite from Intelsat and its own six aerial towers.  These are our frequencies:

Andahuaylas 96.1 FM
Chincheros 104.7 FM
Curahuasi 103.7 FM
Echarate 107.1 FM
Pto. Maldonado 107.7 FM
Puno 103.7 FM

In Curahuasi District we also offer a local TV-programme.  In the year 2020 we will also provide our radio programme to the inhabitants of the cities of Abancay and Sicuani.  For special events other radio stations tune in and broadcast our programmes.  In this way Peruvians living in other States and even in the capital Lima can listen to our radio station.

Right from the start Doris Manco has headed this sector of our work with great enthusiasm.  The team consisting of ten Peruvian staff and a couple of missionaries prepare the programmes’ contents.
