Next station: Quarantine in Diospi Suyana’s Guest House in Lima
If everything goes according to plan, then Dr Friedemann and Dr Solveig Meiswinkel and their three children Jordan, Arved and Runa will be on an aeroplane Sao-Paulo-bound on Tuesday evening. And if everything works out as we hope then the five of them could recover from their jetlag in out mission’s guesthouse as of Wednesday evening.
The emergency physician and traumatologist will start working at the Hospital Diospi Suyana immediately after completing an intensive language course. His wife Solveig is well accustomed to life as a missionary: she spent several years of her childhood in Ethiopia.
The newspapers in Schwäbisch Hall are closely following every step of these adventurers. Recently the Haller Tagblatt published its second newspaper article on Family Meiswinkel. We wish them a good flight.
