Achieving a lot with a small team
Dear friends, unfortunately technology played a trick on me last weekend. A power cut was followed by an internet connection failure.

In addition to the large construction project at the Colegio, there are a few smaller construction sites: The MRT has been installed, the wall closed again, plastered and painted. There is still some work to be done on the ventilation center in / on the roof. The last door to the technical room is also being finished.
The spring is enclosed. The pump room – a somewhat oversized shaft structure – is still to be tiled so that it can also be cleaned. The cover for the pump room is currently being concreted.
The balconies for the Bible and Leisure Center are painted and prepared for the extension to the building.
At the Colegio, the foundation beams are being constructed on Block B. I can’t remember ever having seen foundations built above ground level before. However, the area will be filled in later. The reinforcement and formwork for the columns are being produced for block A. Fortunately, we were able to recruit 4 new employees for the construction sites.
Saludos, Christian
