All 130 congressmen and women are due to be tested for illegal vaccinations
In Peru doctors and nurses count to the first group of those entitled to be vaccinated. Unfortunately many influential persons with the necessary contacts have forbiddenly got their jabs. Alluding to Watergate this scandal is called “Vacunagate” (Vacuna = vaccination). The names of more and more VIPs are coming to light who have got hold of one or more doses for flimsy reasons. The waves are getting higher.
At the end of last week Congress voted unanimously that all parliamentarians be checked. That means that all delegates have to have an antibody test in order to discover unjustified vaccinations. So far the scandal has cost two ministers their posts. (Picture: gestion.pe)
