160 children from the clubs and 30 adults camp out on the festival site
For the first time, the children’s clubs are spending a weekend together on the festival site. The ten clubs are coordinated by Janne Bühne (on the right in the picture below). This means that just over half of the 300 weekly participants in the group lessons take part.
Based on the Bible passage about the treasure in the field, today and tomorrow are all about the great treasure hunt. The weather is at its best and there is plenty of space in the tents. The rustic tent camp is another example of the cooperation between the festival branch and the clubs. But school classes also regularly use our extensive grounds in Lucmus.
The Diospi Suyana family of six branches consists of: 1. children’s clubs; 2. the Diospi Suyana Hospital; 3. the Diospi Suyana School; 4. the Media Center; 5. festivals; 6. the Christian Encounter Center (seminary), which will open its doors in a few months under the leadership of Mr. and Mrs. Lächele. We wish the 190 outdoor freaks a warm night without any disaster reports. /KDJ
