After we were finished unloading a container, our team member Agustín Landeras was suddenly bitten by a black widow. He was immediately taken to the missionary hospital for treatment. Now, the patient is already feeling better.
Black widows can be found all around the hospital. This poisonous spider is red and black and her bites can be extremely painful. The result: tissue necrosis (cell death).
