An automotive mechatronics technician in the language school
The young man from Landau, Germany was already thinking hard about his life at the age of 15. On what basis do I stand and what goals do I want to achieve? Not many teenagers ask themselves these questions with such vehemence. In 2014, he heard from a Bacher family who wanted to go to Peru to work on a mission hospital. For three and a half years, Ruben followed the development of the Bachers and took courage to risk something similar.
Of course, the mechatronics engineer knows the books of Diospi Suyana and is fully familiar with the vision of our work. The picture above shows Ruben on a hill above the central square (Plaza de Armas) of Cusco. At the age of 23, he returned to school and studied Spanish. We wish him a lot of stamina in the process. Sometime in the new year, he will then enter his field of work and implement what he set out to do long ago: To honor God and serve his neighbor.
