Udo Klemenz manages the construction site like in the old days
Dear friends of Diospi Suyana, the festival “Gozo en los Andes” is over, most of the tents have been dismantled and stored and the construction of the leisure center is in full swing again. I arrived last Sunday and am writing my first construction report today.
First of all, I would like to praise all those involved in the construction work for how beautifully the sanitary facilities and the outdoor area were completed in time for the festival. A few more photos are attached.
This week, the ceiling formwork above the first floor, including the balcony on the mountain side, was completed. The retrofitted balcony on the valley side is currently being shuttered. Due to the great height, a temporary intermediate platform is required. The reinforcement has been laid down to the additional balcony and we will be concreting this section next week. This also requires the installation of a concrete winch.
We started plastering the apartments in the basement.
