The gynecology department is finally back in operation

Thanks to Dr. Christopher Zimmermann and Dr. Jens Haßfeld

Three red crosses in the calendar. As of yesterday the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is open again. Dr. Christopher Zimmermann (right) is being trained by Diospi Suyana veteran Dr. Haßfeld.

The construction work on the guest house and the amphitheater is on the home stretch. We will know how far we will get with the rear tent roof on Sunday evening and not a day earlier.

The program booklets have been delivered. They make the very best impression. By midday yesterday, 3,320 young people had registered. Although a major event is imminent, the medical work at the hospital continues as normal.

The weather is being capricious with more rain this week. We still have five days to go until opening day. We are stepping on the gas on the work front and praying hard. /KDJ
