An ornamental garden in a taxi
I am frequently in Lima. On behalf of Diospi Suyana I go to all sorts of meetings and appointments during which I get to know fascinating people. This time lions and tigers are with me in the taxi – they love being on the dashboard so much that one could think that they are back in the African jungle. The creative owner has even put soil in some of the cracks and crevices so that flowers can blossom. I am seriously impressed.
Even going round tight bends nothing moves from its place. The plants and cacti must have deep roots. But I do not. I pay the fare and get out heading off to my next appointment. /KDJ
