Out of the shadow
Hot off the press is a short documentary about a group of mountain bikers from Curahasi, Peru. The filmmakers Joshua Stabler and Hagen Wagner of the film company Swabia, spent two weeks in Curahuasi last year filming for the video. They accompanied the boys during this time and created an honest, sensitive film about the downhill club. In the film is Joel Hassfeld, the eldest son of Dr. Jens and Damaris Hassfeld.
The film shows beautiful landscapes from around the mission hospital and provides insights into the lives of the people. Click on the arrow on the second picture (four guys in front of snow capped mountains) to see the video.
