At the request of Federal Minister Wieczorek-Zeul and the Peruvian Ambassador Sr. Higueras Ramos the initiators of the Diospi Suyana project were invited to Berlin. During the 90 minute talks, the possibility of assistance to Diospi Suyana by the German Army was discussed.
