Patience, hard work and God’s blessing always produce a good result
Hello dear Diospi Suyana Friends, bearing in mind our small team and the limited encasing and scaffolding materials for the high up ringwall openings, we can be very content with the building site’s progress.
Half of the beams of the quarter-circle are now concreted and the formwork has been stripped off, the remaining part is currently being encased and the preparations for the concreting are being made. Now we have started encasing und reinforcing the first main beam which runs in a longitudinal direction.
If they have no other jobs to do, two workmen chisel away the concrete of the existing road and pavement to make way for the hospital extension which will contain two operating theatres. Our medical staff working in the Dental and Eye-Clinics are nobly enduring the noise which such works cause.
This week we have good news from our building site in Echarati. A couple of days ago a 30m high aerial tower was erected. The continuing progress of launching new antennae after Casabamba (hopefully this week) and Puno at Lake Titicaca is thereby assured.
