It is nearing its goal
Ideally we would have been broadcasting our programme across Abancay’s rooftops for months. But as so often in life the state electricity company appealed due to technical issues. Last week a few extra electricity masts were erected. The electricity cable that will in due course provide our radio tower with electricity will then have reached a length of two kilometres.
We hope and pray that it will not be long until we can reach a further 0.1mio people with our programme. Like so many before it this project has also tested our patience to the extreme. And we are about to pass this test too.
