Between February 24 and 27, Peruvian Mirtha Valverde Portella held interviews throughout the mission hospital. Here are some of the interesting results.
The patients came from the Peruvian states of Apurímac, Cuzco, Puno, Huanuco and Lima.

Of the patients interviewed, 88% lived in mud-brick houses. Sixty-eight percent were catholic and 31.4% were protestant.
The patients had heard about Diospi Suyana in the following manner:
49% from neighbours
19.6% through family members
19.6% by attending the hospital’s inauguration ceremony
5.8% through co-workers
5.8% by radio
All patients expressed their satisfaction with the treatment they received from doctors and nurses and 90% of the patients were happy with the administration staff.
