Christian and Verena Bigalke receive their official work permit
For Peruvian conditions, everything went very fast. After “only” five months of wading through the official channels, the director of our school is now “licenciado en Educacion.” His wife Verena has also received the coveted title. We thank the Universidad Peruana Union for the speedy completion of the formalities. The Dean magisteria Quispi Wilma Villanueva (left) presented the certificate to Christian Bigalke on Wednesday.
He writes: “The interaction was very warm and helpful. We have brought together the 50 pages of documents which are all authenticated, officially translated, and twice legalized by the Foreign Ministry. The cost for this process is about 800 Euros and though it is an expensive thing… God knows what it is good for!”
