A few weeks ago, the two blood gas analysers of the hospital broke down. A Peruvian company in Lima offered to the repair them at a cost of 17,000 soles ($ 5,500). That’s a lot of money for a mission hospital. Fortunately, our very own Andre Bacher got the machines going again. For free!
Although Diospi Suyana is not a fast food restaurant, we appoint Andre Bacher employee of the month because of this “feat”.
