When the place in this high valley of the Andes was called „Curahuasi“ several hundred years ago, nobody knew that the name would be a kind of prophecy. „Curar“ means to heal in the Spanish language. And „Huasi“ means house in the Inca language. Since 2007, this small town has been home to a hospital that has become famous in many countries: the Diospi Suyana Hospital.
The flight over the mountains shows our hospital and the Diospi Suyana School in the center of a breathtaking landscape. We hope you enjoy watching it. /KDJ
