Against all odds

The Diospi Suyana Christmas letter is on its way as dangerous goods

As our friends in Peru help us to light a light of hope, we have enclosed small sticks with this year’s Christmas letter. A really brilliant idea. But as we learned at the very last moment, the enclosure turns the otherwise harmless letter into “dangerous goods”. Only in rare exceptional cases can the customer obtain a special permit.

On Thursday, 15 volunteers wanted to bag the Christmas letter in a community center in Langgöns. On Wednesday morning at 9 a.m., Karin Strassheim called the dangerous goods department and asked: “What is the probability of receiving an answer on the same day?” – The postal employee did not raise any false hopes: “The probability is zero!”

The head of our home office gave the administrator a brief summary of Diospi Suyana’s vision. Her ability to inspire was like lighting a thousand matches. And the miracle happened. At 11:53 am (only 2 hours and 53 minutes later!) Diospi Suyana received a positive answer.

The hazardous goods sticker will hopefully not spread fear and terror. Muster up all your courage and open the letter. The content goes to the heart and is worth reading.
