Family Rosenkranz pack their bags
Head of School Christian Bigalke is definitely counting down the days until the family of four moves from Gadenstedt to Curahuasi. We have no doubt that Jonathan Rosenkranz, a geography teacher, will find his way here easily. Mandy, his wife, will work as an infancy paedagogue in Diospi Suyana’s kindergarten. Currently both of them are learning as much Spanish as they can in order to reach the C1-language level within a couple of months.
The preparations for their huge task are also a journey of faith for Jonathan and Mandy. Both of them are devout Christians and see the challenge they are now facing as answering God’s call. Both of them are desperately needed, since helping hands are a scarce resource both at the school as well as at the kindergarten. As soon as the Rosenkranz are up and running in Curahuasi, the worry lines on Christian Bigalke’s forehead should be evened out.
