School Can Be Fun, Too
Most people are absolutely thrilled when they can leave the school gates behind them for good. After all, school is also associated with pressure to perform and being told what to do. However, the project week at the Diospi-Suyana School really reignited a love for school. The students took part in 22 projects for Bible Month.
The street parade of nearly 1,200 people from the lower town to the central square blocked the Pan-American Highway for several minutes. The students’ public performances were the best publicity our school could have asked for. We thank our directors and the faculty for their exemplary organization of the event. Currently, 565 students attend the Diospi Suyana school.
