When pupils pray…

…they are changed and they change the world

Thrice a year interested pupils, teachers and parents meet for an evening of singing and praying.  The prayer evening that was held on 21st July will be unforgettable for everyone who was present.  Inspired by Sophia Oester six different stations were prepared.  For example, the children drew people and houses with chalk and prayed for relatives and neighbours.

Addressing God directly they wrote down both their personal thanks and also their nagging questions.  On one piece of paper one could read: “When will you return?”.  For 2,000 years now Christians from across the spectrum have been waiting for their Lord and Saviour to return.  They are united in praying: “Maranatha, come Lord Jesus, come quickly!”
