Twins Tabea and Ruth Nusser come to the “Gozo en los Andes” festival

As sports trainers for tired young people

The identical twins Nusser worked as nurses at the Diospi Suyana Hospital for three years. Then they flew back home. They were back at the first “Eco en los Andes” festival. During the festival, they trained countless young people – one group at a time – to get them fit for the strenuous live concerts in the evening. After all, jumping in front of the stage for three hours requires top-class physical preparation.

Just in time for the festival, the two ladies from Friedrichshafen will board the plane in Lima with new exercises in their luggage. At the next big event, “Gozo en los Andes”, they will be targeting the shirkers in particular. If you don’t sprint properly, you have to run 5 more laps and then perform 30 push-ups – neatly and tidily. Otherwise there will be no lunch, that’s for sure.

Clear commands and push-ups until you can’t do any more.
A little more steam, there are only six laps to go!
Keyword abdominal muscles: we do the exercises until all the flab is gone. But a little brisk please!
