On May 5 – by the way very officially from the WHO
There really is a hand hygiene day. As May 5th fell on a Sunday this year, the staff at Diospi Suyana Hospital remembered the basic rules of cleanliness on Wednesday, May 8th. Most departments designed a poster and/or a video for this purpose. The creativity of our Peruvian employees is boundless and deserves a special round of applause. Thanks to the ladies from the “Epidemiology and Environment” office who were involved in organizing the campaign. Their names are: Doneyra L. Arroyo, Susan Casaverde and Anna Pereira.
