Dr Jens Haßfeld accepted the prize
Out of the hands of Peru’s First Lady, Lilia Paredes, Diospi Suyana was presented with a certificate for our mission’s work for Peru’s disabled and marginalised. The celebration took place in Congress on Friday afternoon. The deputy head of the missionary hospital Dr Haßfeld had travelled to Lima in order to attend the festivities.

The National Council for the integration of the handicapped (CONADIS) awards the “Asociación Civil Religiosa Diospi Suyana” (Diospi Suyana) this certificate for its continued promotion of an integrative society without stereotypes and prejudices in which disabled persons can fully develop.
