20 years ago Udo and Barbara Klemenz came to Peru for the first time to actively promote the interests of Diospi Suyana. Over a period of “10 years plus” the civil engineer managed the construction of the hospital, the dental and eye clinic, a house for the children’s clubs, a school, the extension of the hospital and much more.
There are witnesses who claim that the Klemenz have actually returned to Curahuasi to actively participate in the start of construction of the new school buildings. Engineer Christian Heuchert is due to take over at the end of April.
After a delicious lunch at the Johns’ home, the pediatrician led the guests of honor (Klemenz are among the absolute Diospi Suyana celebrities due to their historical merits) through the lower festival grounds with the “Christian Seminary” in its center.
In the far north of Germany (Leopoldshöhe), her husband told the story of Udo and Barbara Klemenz to a congregation of 400 people. In February 2005, the Niederbielers sat in their kitchen and said a momentous prayer. “Lord, show us your way, we are ready to go!”
