The petition of all the patients was, “Marion, come back!”
Yesterday, the deputy head of administration Marion Hofmann formally said good-bye in the morning service. Over the past three years, the missionary has been a vital part of Hospital Diospi Suayana. In his short speech of thanks, Dr. John asked the patients to give her a kiss on the cheek and ask her to return to Curahuasi. At least 100 patients formed a long line and gave the hard working missionary a hug and a kiss. We wish Marion Hofmann God’s blessings for her future, which will hopefully lead once again to the Andes of Peru.
