Being hosted by an exceptional man

The son of a Jewish father from Berlin speaks several languages and has profound knowledge in the areas of economics, politics and the arts. Naturally the missionary doctors John and Dr Jens Haßfeld were a little apprehensive before the meeting with the President. The audience yesterday was at times jovial, at times serious, but cordial throughout. The President immediately said that he would come to Curahuasi to be part of Diospi Suyana’s 10th anniversary celebration end of August – his attendance will add a very special touch to the festivities!
“A hospital like Diospi Suyana is needed everywhere in Peru,” said the Head of State, whom most Peruvians call “PPK” (his initials).
In the past few weeks Ing. Máximo San Román, one of the President’s personal advisers, the German Ambassador, Jörg Ranau, the Governor of Apuirmac State, Venegas Wilmer, and another close friend of the President made this meeting possible.
Diospi Suyana cordially wishes the President a successful term in office – it is planned to last until July 2021.
