The CEO of the Hund company visited the mission hospital

And cut the red ribbon in the lab

Just over two months ago, Verena Schön, CEO of the Hund company, heard the story of Diospi Suyana in her Wetzlar office. She immediately authorized the donation of a new high-quality microscope for the mission hospital. Yesterday, she spent four and a half hours in Curahuasi with her partner, Christian Stutz. During her long walk through the hospital’s facilities, she cut the famous red ribbon in the laboratory.

In the process, we forgot to ask a very important question: Which experiences were more meaningful—the adventures on the hike to the Inca ruins of Choquequirao, or the experiences at the Diospi Suyana Hospital? So on her next visit, we’ll get right to the point. In any case, we’d like to thank her and her father, because over the past 19 years we’ve already received three new microscopes from Hund. /KDJ

After a strenuous hike through the mountains, Verena Schön still had enough energy left to cut the red ribbon.
Verena Schön and her partner, Christian Stutz, were able to see for themselves that the Diospi Suyana Hospital helps the Quechua people in a special way.
