Christian Heuchert writes his obligatory report
Dear friends, it’s Saturday and time for the weekly review of construction site activities. This time with a look at the other construction measures.
Colegio: We have increased our staff at short notice for the laying of the reinforcement in the floor slab of Building B. We will be busy concreting on June 30 / July 1. In addition, 7 columns have now been concreted, the 8th column has been shuttered and on June 26 the first stone was laid and the bricklaying work started. Last week, more than 20 men and women were working on the construction site. That pleases the site manager!
In the sports hall, the water damage to the hall floor is being repaired at the same time. The insulation layer, which prevents a hard impact, and the first layer of the wooden floor have been laid. The final layer of the floor is currently being laid.
Lucmos: In the leisure and Bible home in Lucmos, there is still a lot of work to be done in the reception area and the large hall. Sockets and lamps need to be fitted, washbasins and toilets installed and connected and beds and cupboards built. The balconies are currently being installed. There is a lot of work for electricians, plumbers, tilers, drywallers and painters.
Saludos de Curahuasi, Christian
