Dr Matthias Stephani’s first day at work
A quick chat in the hall. Two veterans meet again. Surgeon Stephani is starting his 12th stint here at the missionary hospital; next to him building engineer Udo Klemenz who has been part of the hospital’s permanent inventory since 2005.
Again this morning several hundreds of people looking for help were waiting at the hospital’s main entrance. Had they known how professionally the North-German operates the queue would have been much, much longer.
