At 8am on Easter Sunday there was a slow trickle of people into the Hassfeld’s house, all gathering together for breakfast. The sun was shining and the children played outside in the garden. Then, at 10am everyone gathered in the living room for an Easter service to celebrate the risen Christ. Dr Hassfeld retold the story using a children’s Bible and several songs were sung along the day’s theme.
Martin Fridli from Switzerland gave the message highlighting that what we celebrate today is our hope for the future in our journey with God.
