Stayfriends is a social networking site that was founded by Michel Lindberger in Germany to help people stay in touch with former class mates.
This Holiday season, site visitors can send their friends virtual candles. For each candle sent Stayfriends will donate money to the Diospi Suyana school, which is currently being built.
People from all over Germanans Sweden lit about 600 virtual candles per second, yesterday morning, resulting in potential funds of about Euro 20,000, benefiting the school project. We are very excited and, of course, are hoping that people will light many more candles before Christmas.
