Twelve radio towers are currently in use for Diospi Suyana. And there is a file for each frequency in the Ministry of Transport and Communications in Lima. An ordinary mortal has no idea how many deadlines, payments and pitfalls can lie dormant in these documents. Victor Moreno knows these things like no other. During these hours, he carefully checks the files. This is purely a precautionary measure. Unfortunately, surprises are unavoidable when dealing with the authorities.
