Yesterday she was back in top form
For the third consecutive year, the Women of the Evangelical deanery in Herborn made a generoud offering for Diospi Suyana. Ursula Frederick gave a presentation and recounted her experiences in Peru. Prior to her trip to Diospi Suyana, she knew about the mission hospital just from hearsay, but after helping at the mission hospital for two months this past summer, she is a real eyewitness to the happenings in Curahuasi. The interest of the women was great, which was largely due to the enthusiasm in which Ursula gave her personal account.

Actually she wanted to travel to Peru last year. The tickets had been bought and the bags almost packed. However, she suffered a severe concussion in a bike accident and was unable to come. Yet Ursula could not be beaten and traveled to Curahuasi this past summer after postponing her trip for 12 months.
Recently she wrote in an e-mail the following lines: “The departure from Diospi Suyana was not easy for me. I read in my devotional book the following verse from the fifth chapter of Mark: ‘Go to your house, to your family and friends. Tell them about what great things the Lord has done for you and how He has shown His mercy! (19)!’ I again could see how close God is, how He knows me exactly and His words always come at the right time-just awesome!”
This biblical call came to Ursula yesterday, which she accepted with joy and enthusiasm.
