The Roadwork Stagnates

Originally the local government planned to finish the paving of the entrance road to the hospital by the end of March. However, as time goes on the doubts are rising. Right now the work cannot continue because of a lack of cement, wood and steel. In addition, there is no fuel for the heavy machinery.

On Friday Dr John spoke with the President of the regional government about the present supply crisis. David Salazar only commented that these kinds of problems are completely normal for a state-organized project. Apparently the President is right!
