The Mörls and their children spent three-and-half years in the mountains of Southern Peru. In February 2011 they returned home to Germany.
Sitting around the breakfast table, all family members are in a good mood. The children remember their time in Peru well and have fond memories of their Curahuasi adventure.
There were no problems for the kids when they returned to a German school. They have re-activated some of their old friendships and are looking forward to Christmas Eve. And, they are part of the Christmas play at their church.
Their parents, Michael and Elisabeth Mörl, can picture returning to Peru to work at the Diospi Suyana hospital. But only God knows when that might be.
