First training course for private chefs
Thursday afternoon: There are around 70 women and men from Curahuasi who want to offer their food during the “Luz en los Andes” festival. Yesterday morning, the radio broadcast an invitation to a special event at the town hall. The participants will receive accreditation from the city council. The food mile will be around 200 meters long. Countless families in Curahuasi can look forward to additional income.
At the beginning of the meeting Karina Pereyra and Dr. Klaus John presented Diospi Suyana’s vision. Afterwards, representatives of the city administration spoke about the hygienic preparation of the food. We hope and pray that there will be no food poisoning during the last week of April.
