The air cargo from Europe is in Curahuasi

In two weeks, it’s “Rien de va plus!”

The sand from the egg timer runs relentlessly through the pinhole. No matter how far the preparations will have progressed, on April 26 the buses and cars with the young people will arrive in Curahuasi.

Yesterday afternoon, a truck in an armed escort vehicle drove onto the hospital grounds. The valuable cargo had arrived in Peru by air freight a few days earlier. The speakers, mixers and cables should be installed above the stage in a few days.

In Lima, Diospi Suyana completed a collection of 3000 food trays to reduce plastic and cardboard waste.
Two restaurants in Curahuasi have committed in writing to each provide up to 1000 menus three times a day for the duration of the festival. Punctuality is of particular importance, as the event’s program is tightly timed.

No one knows what exactly awaits us at the end of April. It is probably the first festival of this kind in the mountains of Peru in living memory. Pray with us that the youth will take home precious memories on May 1.
