Friday, November 4, 2005 at 2 pm : suddenly a storm hits out of nowhere, blowing through the site. All work comes to a halt. (photo 2).

Despite wind and weather, the aim is to complete construction on the following by the end of 2005:
1. Construction of a repair shop with the 10 apartments above.
2. Construction of the amphitheater
3. Excavation work on the foundations of the hospital kitchen and dining room.
