Our doctors and nurses have set a new record in September: 112 surgeries. Anesthesiologist Dr. Tobias Schreyer ensures the patients on the operating table are sound asleep, while guest surgeon Dr. Reinhard Kühn, urologist Dr. David Brady and gynecologist Dr. Jens Haßfeld operate until their fingers are sore.
Due to the increased number of surgeries, more hospital beds were occupied, which in turn resulted in an increased amount of work for our nurses and administrative staff. Diospi Suyana wants to congratulate all team members for their incredible work which is often performed under quite difficult circumstances.
