Success after a year-long struggle
Up until recently only the Asociación Civil Diospi Suyana Radio & TV was eligible to obtain radio- and TV-licenses. What appears for outsiders to be just a formality is in fact a huge step forward for Diospi Suyana. Part of the process was translating the complete German broadcasting treaty into Spanish. Countless times we went to the Ministry for Communications before the Deputy Minister finally signed the relevant document. In future we can bring all licenses and permits together into one organisation; this gives us greater security.
