After the presentation by missionary doctors Klaus and Tina John the First Lady of Peru agreed to become the official Patroness of the
Hospital. She will be of great assistance to us with the importation of all donated good from abroad.
Pilar Nores shared that she herself had personally experienced that “faith can move mountains”. She felt is would be a privilege and joy for her to be involved in the project.
Furthermore she extended an invitation to the missionary couple to participate in an upcoming TV-charity event in October.
This meeting with PIlar Nores, who will be the First Lady of Peru until 2011 is special honour for the John Family, the entire Association of Diospi Suyana and thousands of friends who have faithfully supported the project since its beginning.
Just days before the expected arrival of the first container of donations the doors to the Presidential couple have miraculously opened. We give thanks to God who has once again made the impossible, possible.
We also want to thank the parents of Dr. John, Rudolf and Wanda John who from more than 8000 miles way, prayed unceasingly during the meeting.
