We have no time to lose
Yesterday building engineer Udo Klemenz and media technician Chris Welch discussed detailed issues for the planned aerial mast in Andahuaylas. After the surprising vote of the Poltocsa community the building works should start next Monday. Yesterday we asked an external construction company to take care of the project, which will keep Udo in the loop of the building progress through regular photos.
