Our far-reaching children’s programme

The Classic of world literature as a drawing book

When on Sundays the little hand of the clock reaches 5 o’clock a radio programme made especially for children starts.  In five states boys and girls can tune in and via WhatsApp they can even take part.  Dhanel David (8) is one of the very faithful listeners.  Recently the head of our media centre Doris Manco travelled to Apurímac’s West in order to attend the inspection of one of our transmission stations.  She used the opportunity to personally meet Dhanel and present him with a drawing-picture Bible.  This present aroused the interest of several other children in his church and so without much ado Doris sent a further 34 Bibles.  The children were delighted.

As a thank you the children from the Quechua village community Challhuani Alta sent us a song.  Click on the picture to listen to it.

Dhanel David is standing in the front row.  He loves listening to our children’s club programmes.  And he was our contact person to the church.
