And a new grounding
Since June 2014, our second CT from Hitachi has been in use almost daily. Thousands of patients were shuffled in and out of the tube. Now a replacement of the high-voltage generator was overdue. The Peruvian import company Tecnasa waived its profit and sent a technician to manage the installation.
In addition, our workshop team led by Pit Werner improved the grounding of the unit. The result is excellent and protects our high-quality CT from spurious currents.
Hospital Diospi Suyana wants to provide the best treatment to the poorest patients. A modern CT is invaluable in finding a diagnosis. We would like to thank the Tecnasa company for their active support for years and all our donors who keep the Mission Hospital running.
