More space, more electricity

Preparing for the future

Six days ago our IT-department calculated that we have treated 417,000 patients.  The archive above the ambulance rooms is bulging at the seams with patient files.  That is why high up under the roof of the main hospital building further storage space for all sorts of written documents is being made.

The hospital’s electric system is also reaching its limits.  Today mechatronics engineer Markus Klatt led a group of engineers from the state electricity company through the rooms.  Within the next few weeks a further switch box and several more metres of electricity cables should improve the hospital’s functionality.

All departments of the Hospital Diospi Suyana are filled with life.  The productivity is good and demand from the patients high.

A new archive is in the making.
Looking in the other direction.
