Family Schütze in Arequipa

The plane from Berlin in the direction of Lima left on January 3rd. After a long flight without any problems we were welcomed by Elisabeth Franke in Lima and housed in the guesthouse of an American mission organization. The small room was full with four beds and the big suitcases- we practically only went to sleep in it. The atmosphere was friendly and pleasant (fresh coffee was ready in the morning).
As an insider Elisabeth was a valuable helper! The notary and Interpol were taken care of and besides that we enjoyed the water fountain-light-music-show in the center of Lima and the Pacific Ocean.

Around lunch time on January 4th our flight to Arequipa took off. There we were picked up by our host Dennis Lacroisiere. His wife Ruth had put a delicious Pasta Casserole in our fridge, which we only needed to heat up. We were introduced into shopping possibilities and the way to school. The elementary school for the kids as well as our language school are reachable by foot. That is obviously great! We added a picture of us in our living-dining-playroom.

Dear greetings from Peter and Ilse with Theo (8 yrs.) and Levi (6 yrs.)

PS: Peter Schütze is a logistics specialist. His wife Ilse works as a doctor.
