…and Dr.Klaus-Dieter John, head of project and future director of the Diospi Suyana hospital met in the South Peruvian town of Curahuasi. In the course of relaxed discussions the project was explained in detail to the Minister and a progress report given. In addition to his entry in Natalie John (Dr. John´s daughter)´s album, Dr. Alvaro Vidal Rivadeneyram
expressed his enthusiasm for the project and assured the Johns again of the Government´s fullest cooperation. On the next day, a two hour presentation was held to inform 70 interested citizens of Curahuasi about the project.
